In Stadtkino, there are two wheelchair spaces available. Please reserve them well in advance via stadtkino@stadtkinowien.at or by phone via +43-1-7126 27 60. In Gartenbaukino, there are wheelchair spaces available as well, please make sure to reserve them early enough via kino@gartenbaukino.at or by phone via +43 1 512 23 54.
Rows 14 and 15 of the Stadtkino are equipped with an inductive hearing system for hearing aids and cochlear implants. In Gartenbaukino all rows are equipped with an inductive hearing system. Upon request, the cinema staff will be happy to connect it for you.
TICKET PURCHASE
Tickets are available at the box office or online.
To purchase tickets online, please select the desired screening at the Red Lotus website (directly on the film’s page) or in the program calendar on the Stadtkino or Gartenbaukino website. As soon as online tickets are available, you can buy them there with just a few clicks.
BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS
At least 30 minutes before the first screening until 15 minutes after the beginning of the last screening.
NONSTOP CINEMA SUBSCRIPTION
With the nonstop cinema subscription you can go to 10 selected cinemas in Vienna as often as you want for 22 Euros (under 26 years) or for 24 Euros per month. This cinema subscription is also valid for Red Lotus. More info at: www.nonstopkino.at
